CSJ in partnership with UNICEF India and the S K Malik Chair on Access to Justice, NLU Delhi organised an expansive consultative process from October to December 2024, towards making a comprehensive submission to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child for the Committee’s upcoming General Comment No. 27, on Children’s Right to Access to Justice and Effective Remedies (GC 27). As a continuation of this process of Indian engagement with international child rights law, UNICEF and CSJ are now organising a stakeholder discussion to disseminate the rich variety of submissions received from the child rights stakeholders across the country, and to garner further inputs on the new draft of GC 27, which is linked below.
